Manufacturing Construction and Industrial Engine
Ferrari has done it again — unveiled a head-turning masterpiece that combines emotion, beauty, and engineering nuance. Say hello to the Ferrari Amalfi, a completely new 2+ roadster coupe that supersedes the popular Roma. Designed with the stunning Amalfi Coast in mind and crafted with revolutionary innovation, the Amalfi not only propels Ferrari's heritage forward — it takes it to new heights.
Timeless Style with a Contemporary Twist
Designed under the visionary leadership of Flavio Manzoni, the Ferrari Amalfi exterior embodies sculptural grace. The front end introduces a bold change — the iconic grille is replaced by a smooth, body-colored floating wing that enhances aerodynamic efficiency. Sleek headlamps and a sharper lower splitter give the car a wider, more aggressive look.
At the back, discreet references to Ferrari's past intersect with contemporary minimalism. Concealed tail lamps recall vintage styling, as the broad rear diffuser emphasizes serious aerodynamics. The Verde Costiera livery — a bright teal color inspired by the Amalfi Coast — bestows sculpted bodywork with blinding gloss in sunlight.
A Cabin for the 21st Century Motorist
Internally, the cabin is an entirely new interpretation of Ferrari's grand tourer philosophy. Borrowing a page from the 12Cilindri, the dashboard is configured with a monolithic shape with the digital cluster and air vents merging into a single aerodynamic surface.
The anodised aluminium centre tunnel appears to be suspended, housing the gear selector, wireless charging tray, and key controls. Side sail-style door grips cover the dual-cockpit configuration and form a tight yet performance-oriented cockpit for passenger and driver.
Optional comfort seats come in three sizes and feature massage and ventilation systems. Long road trips are downright luxurious with five programmable massage modes and three intensity levels. And if your navigator is the music, the optional Burmester 14-speaker system with 1,200 watts of power delivers symphony-quality sound at any pace.
Aerodynamics in Motion
What sets the Ferrari Amalfi apart as a truly pioneering automobile is its dynamic aerodynamic design. The rear active mobile wing is dynamic and varies in real time to match driving conditions and has three drive modes: Low Drag, Medium Downforce, and High Downforce.
Whether slicing through coastal switchbacks or tearing it up on the autobahn, the wing optimizes downforce and stability. It's a great example of how design and technology come together to bring out the best in the driver.
Built for Performance, Engineered for Versatility
Beneath the bonnet, the Ferrari Amalfi boasts a twin-turbo V8 engine that has been re-tuned to produce 631 horsepower. With an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission, it goes 0–100 km/h in 3.3 seconds and 200 km/h in 9 seconds.
Ferrari has also introduced a revised brake-by-wire system called ABS Evo, which provides higher braking accuracy and response. With a class-leading power-to-weight ratio of 2.29 kg/hp, the Amalfi is not only a class leader in luxury, but also in raw driving dynamics.
Practical day-to-day use has not been forgotten either. The car can be equipped with a front lifter system, raising the front up to as much as 40 mm — perfect for raising driveway ramps or speed bumps at speeds of up to 35 km/h.
Ferrari Amalfi: A New Grand Touring Chapter
The Ferrari Amalfi is more of a statement of intent rather than a new model. By marrying traditional looks, track-bred performance, and luxury with practicality, Ferrari has come up with a car that will engage collectors and enthusiasts.
Being the spiritual successor to the Roma, the Amalfi builds on the success of its predecessor and carves out a distinct identity of its own. Whether by virtue of the dramatic styling, heart-stopping power, or the interior design that's fixated on luxury, all have been finely tuned to deliver an experience that's uniquely Ferrari.
If you want a tourer that fuses everyday practicality with heart-stopping excitement, the Ferrari Amalfi awaits — sophisticated, powerful, and irresistibly Italian.
