Dubai-based alternative investment manager Rasmala has completed a cutting-edge, robotics-integrated logistics facility designed specifically for a global outdoor fashion brand.
Third Major Investment in the Netherlands
This is the third strategic Dutch investment by Rasmala and forms part of its ongoing strategy to build a robust European logistics portfolio. Located in XL Business Park in Almelo—a strategic logistics corridor within the Netherlands—the property offers c. 312,000 sq. ft. of high-spec industrial accommodation comprising warehouse, mezzanine, office accommodation, and 118 car parking spaces.

The 25-meter-tall building is not only of considerable size but also smart in function. With the best in automation technology and a BREEAM "Very Good" sustainability award, the building is adaptive to dynamic requirements of modern supply chain processes.
Long-Term Lease with Foreign Tenant
Most glaringly showcased here is the 15-year lease to a tenant with a listing on the NYSE. The CPI-indexed lease provides long-term capital protection and income certainty—prime goals for institutional investors. As Rasmala's Deputy CEO Ali Taqi explains:
