Every project begins in the Customer Experience Center. Pilots work with the Volar team to design their avionics package and custom instrument panel. Precision Engineering Built In-House
Unlike many shops, Volar Avionics designs, fabricates, and finishes its panels entirely in-house. Using CAD software, a three axis CNC machine, and a Co2 laser, the team produces test panels, makes adjustments quickly, and brings customer feedback to life within hours rather than weeks. This direct control of the process speeds up installations and guarantees accuracy, quality, and flexibility at every stage.
Once a panel design is finalized, it undergoes a careful series of steps that include powder coating, engraving, wiring, and fitment checks before installation. While technicians fabricate wiring harnesses, mount servos, and install engine monitoring probes, the project comes together with precision and care. As the avionics upgrade nears completion, pilots can see their vision taking shape.
