Omar Tawakol, Chief Executive Officer

Rembrand is co-founded by 20-year tech executive, Omar Tawakol, who also serves as the company's seasoned leadership. He has held several notable positions, including Vice President and General Manager of Cisco's Contact Center business unit. Before that, he founded and led Voicea, a pioneering voice-based AI assistant platform that was recently acquired by Cisco. His entrepreneurship drive is further exhibited in the founding and chieftaincy of BlueKai—the largest consumer data marketplace globally—acquired by Oracle in 2014. Before that, he had robust experience in tech while working in industry giants like Google, Salesforce, and Microsoft. He has an MSc in Computer Science from Stanford and an undergraduate degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
