Jeff has spent over 25 years in the technology sector, working for HSBC bank originally, but spending most of his career at Civica delivering technology solutions to the public sector and helping to improve citizens' lives. Jeff is passionate about career development, having sponsored the apprentice scheme at Civica since its inception, and is a great believer in nurturing and growing talent to contribute to the future of society. Jeff has successfully grown Civica from 400 people to 6000 in his tenure.
