Petersen Zhu, a seasoned entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in the apparel industry, founded DigitBridge in response to the challenges faced by small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and wholesalers in navigating the digital commerce landscape. He recognized the need for a solution that would enable these businesses to operate efficiently and effectively across various sales channels.
Frustrated by the high cost and complexity of existing software solutions, Petersen teamed up with his partner and CTO, Bolan You, to develop a tailored solution specifically for SMBs in the consumer goods industry. In 2020, they started building DigitBridge, an affordable and holistic platform designed to help these businesses work from anywhere, do business everywhere, and connect with everyone.
