As the founder of Channel Partners, a pioneering training and merchandising company acquired by BDS in 2006, Del's entrepreneurial spirit and vision have driven his success.
As CEO, Del's mission is to empower clients with the most effective and impactful solutions, drawing on his extensive experience and expertise. With a passion for mentoring and coaching others, he shares his life lessons and insights to help others achieve their goals.
Outside of the office, Del's enthusiasm for life is evident in his diverse pursuits. A self-proclaimed jack-of-all-trades, he has dabbled in pizza making, scuba diving, and even speaking Japanese. When not working, you can find Del indulging in his favorite hobbies, including off-roading, snowmobiling, woodworking in his shop, or capturing stunning photography shots.
Born and raised in Arizona, Del is a proud Sun Devil alumna of Arizona State University, where he earned a degree in Finance. Among his greatest accomplishments are marrying his wonderful wife, being a devoted father to his three daughters, and becoming a proud grandfather.
