Tori is a leading expert in national retail and investment real estate solutions, commercial brokerage services, and third-party commercial property management. With over two decades of experience representing prominent national retailers, restaurants, landlords, and developers, Tori has gained extensive market knowledge and expertise in the tenant representation approval process. She has successfully coordinated site selection, strategic planning, LOI negotiation, and site packaging to achieve exceptional results.
Tori's extensive network of relationships spans nationwide, encompassing restaurants, retail tenants, shopping center landlords, and developers. Her real estate career has been marked by her long-term exclusive relationships and high production of multi-state tenant representation, shopping center leasing, and land sales. In 2022, Tori closed over $70 million in deals, a testament to her exceptional skills and dedication.
As a respected authority in the industry, Tori exclusively represents national and regional retailers and restaurants such as Popshelf/Dollar General, Academy Sports, AutoZone, WellNow, Covelli Enterprises dba Panera Bread, Covelli Enterprises dba O'Charley's Restaurants, Petsmart, Wahlburgers, Bath & Body Works, Urban Air, SKECHERS, Maple Street Cafe, and Lands End.
Tori holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from John Carroll University's Boler School of Business. She has received numerous accolades for her achievements, including being recognized as a part of Crain's Cleveland Business "Top 40 under 40" in 2017 and their "Source Lunch" in 2018. In 2021, Tori was awarded "The Mother of The Bread" award by Panera Bread for securing the largest number of sites nationally for them over the years. She also received the Women in Business Designation from the State of Ohio in 2022. As a licensed real estate broker in the state of Ohio since 2016, Tori has offices in Cleveland and Columbus. Anchor Retail became a member of Realty Resources Network, Inc. for Northern Ohio in 2023.
Tori is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Urban Land Institute (ULI). Outside of her professional pursuits, she has served on the board of Providence House, a crisis nursery in Cleveland, Ohio since 2018.
