Let us begin the conversation with Adina Andronic and explore the experiences, beliefs, and values that continue to shape her journey
1. Diverse experiences and a deep commitment to personal growth have shaped your career. Looking back, what pivotal moments have most influenced your leadership philosophy and the path you have chosen today?
I would say my experience of leadership may not fit the conventional mold. In many ways, the path has chosen me. Over time, I realized that true leadership begins with an inner test — a call to examine our will and readiness to walk a path of authenticity.
At first, this might seem like an external process of validation, but the real validation is internal. It is about listening to the quiet voice within, often buried beneath layers of personal, cultural, or societal conditioning.
The pivotal moment came when I understood that leadership is not about proving oneself to the world, but about aligning with one’s deepest intent. That realization allowed me to create space and gather the inner and outer resources to live and lead from a place of genuine accomplishment.
2. You often speak about the importance of leading from within. In your view, how does self-awareness shape authentic leadership, and why is it essential for creating meaningful impact?
Self-awareness creates the space for clarity and vision. As leaders, we are called to lead by example, and cultivating that inner clarity allows us to focus on what truly matters — inviting others to do the same.
When we lead from within, we tap into our unique gifts and capabilities. Authentic leadership is not about imitation; it’s about alignment. The more deeply we understand ourselves, the more expansive our impact becomes. From that place of awareness, leadership transforms from a role into a ripple — one that inspires others to rise into their own authenticity.
3. For readers who may be unfamiliar with shamanic healing, how would you describe this ancient practice, and how does it help individuals address emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being in today's fast-paced world?
To truly understand shamanic healing, one must experience it. Yet, if I were to describe it, I’d say it’s an ancient practice that taps into ancestral wisdom and the universal laws that govern life — even those we might call the laws of energy or physics.
It helps us reconnect with our essence, bringing awareness to the patterns and traumas we’ve inherited or experienced. In today’s fast-paced world, shamanic healing offers a way to slow down, to listen, and to restore balance between mind, body, and spirit. It reminds us that healing is not only about fixing what’s broken, but about remembering who we truly are.
4. As holistic healing continues to gain wider recognition, what are some of the biggest challenges facing the industry, and how are you helping build greater understanding and credibility in this space?
One of the biggest challenges in holistic healing is that these methods are still often perceived as empirical and evaluated through generic criteria. Yet, the healing journey and its outcomes are deeply personal — unique to each individual’s story and needs. I see this work as a craft rather than something that can be scaled or standardized.
In a world driven by efficiency and systems, we can build credibility through clear ethics, professionalism, and by using modern tools and language to raise awareness about the benefits of these practices. Personally, I continue learning every day from remarkable practitioners who show up with passion, dedication, and integrity — embodying the essence of what true healing work represents.
5. How do you hope your contributions will shape the future of holistic wellness and conscious leadership?
My dream is to inspire people to be kind to themselves. When we cultivate self-kindness, we naturally extend that compassion to others — and from there, we begin to imagine and create more harmonious, respectful ways of living.
Through my work, I hope to contribute to a future where holistic wellness and conscious leadership are grounded in empathy, integrity, and genuine human connection. Healing begins within, but its ripple effect can transform communities and systems. If we each lead with awareness and kindness, we can collectively shape a world that honors both personal growth and collective well-being.
6. Being recognized with the Outstanding Leadership Award 2026 celebrates both vision and impact. What does this recognition mean to you, and which achievements or experiences do you believe best reflect your leadership journey?
Receiving the Outstanding Leadership Award 2026 is both an honor and a reminder of the journey that brought me here. One of my greatest achievements has been showing up authentically and sharing the road that shaped who I am today.
Through this openness, I’ve had the privilege of meeting extraordinary people and experiencing moments of deep connection and growth. I’ve discovered a new kind of friendship — one not built on proximity or circumstance, but on shared values and vision. For me, this recognition celebrates not only leadership, but the power of authenticity, community, and the courage to walk one’s path with integrity.
7. Finally, could you tell us about the inspiration behind founding ARA Shamanic Healing and Hypno Coaching and the vision that continues to guide your mission of helping people reconnect with their inner strength and live more fulfilling lives?
In the train of life, we often forget how powerful and creative we truly are. My vision for ARA Shamanic Healing and Hypno Coaching is to offer a pause — a station along the journey where people can stop, reflect, and reconnect with their inner strength.
It’s a space for renewal, where individuals can remember their essence before continuing forward with greater clarity and purpose. My intent has always been simple: to help people rediscover the wisdom and power that already reside within them, so they can live and lead from a place of fulfillment and authenticity.
“Leadership is not about proving ourselves to the world—it begins with reconnecting to our deepest intent, embracing authenticity, and empowering others to discover the wisdom within themselves.”
